The Season Has Arrived

After a successful winter, the main walking and wildlife holiday season is upon us. After a relatively mild and dry winter (compared to last years torrent!!) the countryside is ready to explode into its glorious technicolour landscape. You can join us at this beautiful time on our Wildflower walking week.

We have been walking all our routes to make sure no nasty surprises await us on any of our holidays be it guided or self guided, not unlike last year when a lot of paths were washed away and left no way round.

Last week an old friend and myself did our first ascent of the year of Mulhacen, still one of my favorite walks. It was a great long days walk with some fabulous views on a crystal clear day.

I notice that the cheap airlines are still cheap in May and June. With ryanair, Jet2, Thompson and Monarch doing flights for as little as £45 return inc taxes. With our self guided and tailor made holidays starting on any date you should take advantage of these unusually cheap flights.
